Family Card

By the taking the Family Card in our office you get 10% discount for the whole family and assurance that one doctor takes care of the whole family, that he is aware of the potential hereditary problems and that he thereby takes better care of each family member.
To get the card, at least two family members would have to have a treatment record in our office. Family cards can be ordered by phone office or you can send us a request via on-line form.
